Deb worked around our schedules, always being considerate if we had to take calls around baby nap time or whatever else may have been going on. In addition, after our offer was accepted she helped arrange time for our painter to tour the property to give us a quote ahead of time, speeding up our move in time frame. As if that wasn't enough, less than 48 hours before closing she was notified our house had a storm surge and the A/C was impacted. She immediately scheduled an A/C technician for the next day and When we couldn't get off work, she attended the appointment, arranged for all parts to be fixed, and summarized the entire appointment for us ensuring we were satisfied prior to closing. In general, Deb helped us be confident at each step and this was crucial for us delving into a process we were so unfamiliar with.
